Flow through sequences designed to activate, strengthen and restore stroke specific movements, followed by a short pranayama (breathwork) session preparing the mind & body for the morning swim!

Sunrise Salutations


Connection | Presence | Community

Greet the day together mindfully and with intention - slow flow through five rounds of sun salutations, followed by guided breathwork and a closing meditation.

Practice Details


~45 minute practice

~ $20/ session

~Bring your own mat/towel or embrace grassy toes

~Optional but highly encouraged - bring a suit for post practice ocean dip
